WOW what a fantastic Holliday at Corinthia Palace. Top notch experience all round. Thank you for all the great memories.
Fantastic experience. Best holiday we had yet. Service at this hotel is top notch. Beautiful setting and very friendly staff. . We celebrated my wifes birthday here at the hotel and we got a very nice gift from the hotel Manager Alexandra Pisani. Thank you so much. It meant the world to her. The level of service and mindset that the staff has here at Corinthia Palace takes a long time to install in them. The strong service culture and focus on service is really a joy to experience as a guest. We have been met with friendly smiles by everybody. We almost feel like a part of the family. Thank you for all the great memories. Everything lives up to our expectations and we highly recommend you spend time here at hotel Corinthia Palace

Elegant, classy, lovely staff
We had a couple of early niggles with our stay. We were given the wrong instructions for the safety deposit box which we discovered after several attempts to get someone to check it. And we were on half board and told that the Secret Garden was fully booked and the main restaurant was closed. This was quickly resolved. After that, we really enjoyed our stay. The food and service in the restaurants was very good. The staff at breakfast were so smiley and welcoming. The service round the pool was mostly good and the little touches of bringing you cool flannels and refreshing fruit drinks was very welcome. The rooms were clean and the aircon worked very efficiently. A little oasis and we would return.

A gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff
A wonderful hotel in San Anton. Refined with subtle luxury. Great service and massive rooms.
Our first room was newly refurbished but they were doing maintenance in the hall so noisy...they kindly moved us into a larger room with a massive outdoor patio and living area.
There are lovely restaurants on site and an amazing pool area. We stayed for two wonderful nights and really enjoyed the hotel and area.

Very good stay overall
A smiling and helpful staff in almost every department. Especially at the pool restaurant and the hotel's Italian restaurant.
Comfortable rooms with a good bed, a nice bathroom and a good size dressing room if you travel with more than the essentials.
We were in a suite with living room whose look was a little too classic for my taste but not old, plenty of space.
A nice spa with a nice indoor pool (only place we met a young woman not very helpful, contrasting with her male colleague who was really nice).

The flats:
1- the lack of experience at the reception where communication does not pass with the other departments, we had asked for a late departure and received the morning visit of the minibar and housekeeping despite this. Also I had to explain how to do it to the receptionist to visualize the availability for our late check out.
2- again a lack of experience at the bar of the Italian restaurant, nice gentleman, smiling certainly, but who took 15min to prepare a basic cocktail (negroni) and who did not even know what to put in. Note that the amounts served in the appetizers are ridiculous, the smallest martini I have ever had while traveling.
This is not a big deal, but it shows that the Directorate hires staff below the category of the establishment to save money and it shows that.
It remains a beautiful address.
We'll definitely come back to that.

A lovely member of staff at the Corinthian Hotel in Malta.
Khushi is a wonderful member of staff at the Corinthian Hotel in Malta. She works so hard. Her manner is great with customers making them feel so happy on holiday in a superb hotel. Nothing was too much for her.
