Best location on the island, had the 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous and the beach club makes it perfect. Would definitely stay again. Plus the staff is wonderful and especially the hotel manager was a delight.

Superior rooms have a tiny bathroom, tiny room, you are not allowed to take your water bottle to the beach club even though you purchased it from the hotel. They trap you into buying their beach club drinks which are watered down. Breakfast isn’t wonderful but only ok. Lunch and dinner food is good but pricey. Pool at the beach club is murky from other people’s sun tan lotion and the pool is salty. Usual queue to get your first come first served sun bed. Metal railings are rusty at the beach club and would benefit from a paint.

It is a solid 4* hotel.
The only issue is with the room.
The curtains make it impossible to sleep in. Too much light coming in.
In the peak summer months this is a problem as the sun is up at 6am.
Also the air conditioning shuts down when you leave the room so the room gets warm during the day if you leave to wander around town.
The hallways on the 11th are also not air conditioned (our room was on the 11th floor).
Their sister property (Le Bains) is where the hotel pool is at. Great little poo.
The property is a true one stop shop. Great concept. They have their own beach club (La Plage), beach restaurant (La Vie), hotel restaurant le GV (Michelin guide 2026).
I highly recommend booking le GV for brunch. The food was a real treat. The service impeccable.
Overall a definite great choice. Location was amazing.

Room was really clean and service was excellent. We did have to move from the first floor as the room was too noisy we were over reception and the restaurant and the staff moved all our luggage

Hotel muito bom

The hotel is very pleasant and cool, and the room was comfortable. Alex was amazing and very helpful; he explained everything clearly and was very kind throughout our stay. The hotel offers access to a beach club, which is also excellent and great for enjoying the hotter days. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Malta.
