Nice place, but the repeating humming let it down a bit.

Nice room, with enough kitchen equipment for cooking a few meals while you're there, and I'm really glad it included a corkscrew, as the wine I bought had a Cork. Nice comfy bed, and fast WiFi too.
There was just one small issue. There was a constant low frequency hum which started pretty much every 10 seconds, lasted for about 10 seconds and repeated all day and night. During the day it wasn’t a problem as the daytime sounds drowned it out, but at night when there was less ambient noise, it was quite loud, and I had to wear earplugs to block it out so I could sleep.

It is centrally located, ten minutes walk from Saint Julians area and Balluta bus stop. The room and the bathroom are big.
The cleanliness is not the best in this property as from the five days we stayed the room was never cleaned nor the towels and sheets changed. If you wanted the room to be cleaned, you had to pay more. Also negative is the fact that they didn't even come to take the garbage from the bathroom and the kitchen. Since in Malta there are narrow streets there are no rubbish bins and the rubbish is put out on the street in black and white bags depending on what they contain and on certain days something that we as tourists are not required to know. Additionally, during check out and throughout, there was no one at the reception to say goodbye or ask us how we felt about our stay. We left the 5 euros for the city tax ourselves at the reception with a card on which we wrote the room number. Also, in the bathroom there is not hot enough water for our standards, it is quite lukewarm to cold.

Seven visits to No 7.

No 7 Restaurant on the sea front in Benalmádena was excellent! We went there several times for Brunch. The selection of dishes was very good from a small breakfast to a large one, omelette or even baked potato. Extremely good value for money and the food was amazing! Well worth a visit.

Great location !

Ta' Gianni is conveniently located in Sliema, off the main road, it is quiet. The rooms have a kitchenette with Kettle, toaster and microwave. Breakfast is left in the room: yogurt, milk, chejam, marmalade, cheese and cut meats in fridge, while bread, croissants and tea, coffee, sugar on the worktop. These are topped up every day but if staff forget just call Jimmy. The room we had was spacious with 2 wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chairs, and tabletop. The bed was really comfortable! Tv and Internet. Bathroom with shower. Check in time goes from 9-14 but we called with our arrival time and Jimmy was there to welcome us and given us all the info. On the last day we also left our luggage there to pick up later, as we had evening flight.
April, the housemaid and Jimmy were very helpful. Check out time was 9-10 am but we could have made ourselves something to eat or drink in the downstairs kitchen and watched TV after this time if we had wanted. Great place to stay.
