A room for 5 people equipped with all the features to live there a week, clean and tidy, fully functional kitchen, TV fridge and air conditioning. The location is great for a holiday of five guys, close to the beach and clubs for the evening.
The front door is equipped with a password given only to residents for added security. The staff is welcoming and helpful at virtually any time of day. A magnificent experience lived in a beautiful residence.

Terrible
Where do I begin? This has been the worst stay in all my travels taking into account I’ve stayed at many backpackers.
Apart from the convenient location nothing was right. We walked into the foulest smelling apartment, which smelled strongly of mould and kept getting worse throughout our 1 week stay. All four of us got sick because of it. We put in coins to use the heater and it didn’t work but took our money and therefore were freezing every night as we were provided one thin flat sheet each. The stove and hairdryer didn’t work either and the shower screen was broken to a point we had to squeeze ourselves in and out of the shower. We were given 2 toilet rolls for 1 week between four of us and when we asked for more we were told “this is not a hotel go buy your own”. It was extremely noisy as the apartment above us kept moving furniture in the middle of the night and had parties every night, coming back at 4 am being extremely noisy. Everytime we went to reception to complain it was closed or they weren’t helpful. They are currently with holding my deposit of €150 because we raised a complaint with booking.com and are threatening to not give the deposit back until the complaint is withdrawn.
We had to pay an eco tax on arrival (€28) and wouldn’t take a card payment. My friend staying in a hotel nearby paid her eco tax by card and was charged half (taken per person) of what we were.
All in all I would not recommend this place to anyone. This has genuinely been the most horrendous stay I’ve ever had with an extremely uncooperative and rude host.

I wouldn't suggest it.
1. We paid too much money for benefits that did not exist. They were not clean at all, there was no second towel or sheet to use and the belongings were not clean. When we went down to the place to pick up, we found that the clean towels were together with the dirty ones in the same area. The photos on the site have nothing to do with reality. The aircodition which you pay €1 for 100 minutes per hour, in one room was dripping on the bed. The balcony was very small, and the aircodition vent blew hot air into the space so you couldn't sit there. Also, the living room together with the kitchen have nothing to do with the photos, the space was generally much smaller and less clean than it appears in the photos. Finally, the building needs general maintenance.

The electricity went out several days, tiny rooms, dirty dishes and cockroaches in the room. If you are Italian and want to enjoy a holiday, don't stop here. Pathetic, shabby and the employees lied by omitting taxes. If you can avoid it, do it.

Horror in Malta. Bayside nightmare
Simply shameful. Location not at all consistent with the photos. Continuous blackouts with lack not only of electricity but also of water. Although the cost of the stay was very high, the basic services were ABSENT. Manager of the facility rude, opinionated, careless, rude, inconclusive. We had the impression that he purposely turned off the water and electricity. Very dirty structure, worthy of a criminal complaint. I advise against anyone from setting foot in this hovel, very expensive, without services and managed by incompetent people, only to be reported. I hope that booking takes serious action to prevent other unfortunate people from having their holidays ruined by this scoundrel
