Disappointing

We stayed one night in this accommodation
The room was very small and old
The pool was our envy, only when you stay on the "ground floor" (reception level) you will have to go down 3-4 level to access the pool. Not very practical
Breakfast as for him is really to improve
The positive point that we will remember, place located very close to the start of the hike of Caravaggio peninsula

Adequate room, beautiful view but dirty environment

A beautiful environment spoiled by a deficient landscape maintenance: the supporting photo shows the garbage accumulated right in front of our balcony!!! Everything was not cleaned despite our request. Don't pay for breakfast.

Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken

Unpleasant surprise

Unpleasant surprise in Martinique
I booked a very nice hotel room in Le Manguier for my stay; without warning, the hotel has assigned us a room at the residence Océane; I send you the photos of the environment of my room; it almost belongs in the slum , not to mention that we had to lower our bags by force of the wrist on 2 floors!
The stay starts very bad!

Dirthy expensive accommodation. They do not care. Lots of tourists anyway. Catastrophic!!

Nobody is cleaning the room. Same towels and linings for 7 days. Staff simply do not care. I guess they have lots of tourist with no other choice so they just do not care about your satisfaction.
Staff is not unfriendly they just do not care. Catastrophe!! It is dirty place!!!
