Everything was great. Really happy overall. Would have like to know about the 300 euro deposit in advance though. Maybe I didn’t see it in the reservation. Not sure. Other than that it was a great experience.

An unforgettable weekend at the Hotel Sable Bleu

Right in the heart of the village of Le Marin, facing the bay, I had the pleasure of discovering a real haven of charm: the Hotel Sable Bleu. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service of such a refined 4-star establishment. The warm welcome, the professionalism of the staff, the quality of the rooms, the comfort and the excellent bedding made my stay absolutely unforgettable.
The roof top is an exceptional place, offering breathtaking views of the bay and the marina of the Marin. The rooftop infinity pool adds a touch of magic to this elegant and beautifully decorated space. The dishes are tasty and carefully prepared by a chef who enhances local products. The breakfast, beautifully presented, highlights fresh and high quality products.
I would like to thank all the staff of the Hotel Sable Bleu for a wonderful weekend. A caring, warm, attentive and welcoming team.
Thank you all for this wonderful time.
I highly recommend this hotel, a must-see stop in the south of the island. I will come back to it with great pleasure. MBOLIVARD

Great hotel let down by the staff.

Lovely location overlooking the marine in Le Marin. The rooftop pool area is lovely with great views and the rooms, whilst small have everything you need for a short stay.
However, the staff, whilst very friendly, are not reliable - we asked them to organise a taxi to Fort de France for our last morning ( to catch ferry back to St Lucia). We were told this had been confirmed. We double checked with them the night before. Yet no taxi arrived & it appears was never requested. We nearly missed the only ferry back for 3 days because of this.
They could also do with more staff - there is a bar by the pool, but it appears only one person covers this and reception on the ground floor, so the bar wasn’t even open some times.
Do not book the breakfast - it’s €25 per person and is really poor value / quality for this. Go down to L’annexe by the marina instead - much better!
