非常糟糕的体验，我订了5晚的酒店，然后第一晚到的晚没有细看房间，第二天出门早也没有细看，第二天晚上回来看到房间里有非常非常多的蚂蚁，我自己简单处理了一下，第三天一早出门的时候让酒店打扫了，结果还是很多蚂蚁，第四天一早又让打扫，并打电话告诉前台，下午回来又告知前台处理一下，他们用杀虫喷雾喷了之后，还是无济于事，而且我的耳朵也因为蚂蚁问题导致过敏，所以我决定提前一天退房，并且在11点前就完成退房，结果被告知不能退最后一天的房费，说要给我换一间，让我再体验、并且推卸责任，说我带食物在房间，让携程沟通多次后仍无法解决，拒绝退款，千万不要住
