Effective and unsurprising

A very decent establishment with a quality welcome. The team is friendly and efficient. Welcome after a stopover imposed due to the cancellation of an Air Austral flight. Efficient and fast. Large rooms, well equipped, free and efficient wifi. Decent buffet dinner and good breakfast. Special mention to Daniel at the reception. Friendly and very professional.

Stay at the end of a Tour in Mayotte

We were supposed to stay there one night at the end of our tour in Mayotte, however, we end up staying three nights. We checked in twice as our flight was cancelled. We stayed in two different types of rooms. One room had an adjoining room with a bunk bed. The hotel could use some updating. Each time we checked in we had to ask for a towel as we were provided only one bath towel for two people. The hotel is in town close to shopping and restaurants. It is also a short ride to the ferry. The staff at the front desk is very helpful. They have a restaurant I had breakfast and dinner there. The food was okay.

Waiting for a real hotel

Hotel??? Rather studio considering the performance! The only one in Mamoudzou that is not fully requisitioned or destroyed after chido, at an indecent price for a zero performance.
Lucky for them that there are officials and no other hotels in Mamoudzou to fill the hotel!
The CARIBOU and its restaurant right in front of the barge are less worse (but fully requisitioned when I came). You will not find it on BOOKING but search on Google.
The toilet is in the shower or shower is
in the bathroom...
The restaurant? A dish of the day with a buffet where you can choose pasta bolognese or pasta without bolognese and choose salad or salad as a starter.
The menu is not valid we only serve the dishes of the day.
The drinks card is not valid because we no longer have what is indicated.
In short, an unmissable address because we have no other possibilities.

A little better but given the context it's going to be

In Mayotte, we must not be too demanding. The main thing is already to find a roof, water, electricity and wifi. The commons need a good refreshment. Middle room but not too bad considering the context. Tested the buffet at the restaurant: frankly average for a high price. Closed basement parking to park the car, it is appreciable. Location in Mamoudzou rather well to go south avoiding morning traffic jams.

A 3 star!!! No.

We did not choose, but this property is not recommended. The unpleasant receptionist who almost suspects us of snatching towels when asked because there are none! A 3 Star! I hear. Cleaning in the (rather old) rooms can stay 2 days in a row without being done. No shampoo available or sometimes no shower gel. There's a safe in the room OK, but either it doesn't close or... it doesn't open, in short unusable. Breakfast of a sadness to cry, among other things no fruit. On the restaurant menu, very few choices and sometimes a registered dish can stay 2 weeks (and even more) unavailable!
On the other hand the staff (with the exception of the aggressive borderline receptionist) were really friendly.
The organization that awarded the 3 stars should come back for a walk.
