In the top!!!!!!
Superb welcome from RSMA Mayotte, top swimming pool activity. A big thank you to the bartender Marco who made us the best cocktails, he is great in terms of customer contact.
The lunch was excellent, quick service.

The dishonesty of the staff on a reservation
In any case your establishment is unprofessional and the staff is dishonest. Today; after a phone conversation with the employee concerned, just before I booked on booking.com because there was only one availability, I was clearly told not to worry and that a reservation will be blocked for me. There was clearly an availability from April 21 to April 23, 2026. And then I learned, thanks to the call from that same employee, that there was no longer availability (just after my call)! Before my call, there was only one availability on booking.com! So it was following my call that this employee called an employee who blocked the room for one of her client friends and my booking option blew! If I hadn't called, this dear collaborator (whose name I don't know) made the choice to put his client friend on my reservation! I find this really very disrespectful and I told to act like this your disrespect will close you permanently!! Time will tell! I would advise the owner of the premises to put some order with these people employed! Dishonesty never pays! It's really bad manners and dishonest to do so. This employee has apologized, but what is the point of apologizing when you understand that she and this employee did not make a subjective choice. The famous collaborator called the other client who was privileged because he has been coming to their house for 4 years to tell him to book quickly! Finally, education is not given to everyone! And my anger is quite normal!And please don't come and react by telling another version and saying that there was a problem on bookings because I hate lying and dishonest people for me because that is exactly your practice of the day! It's really not honest to do that. I understand why some Mahorais have this attitude now when they revolt! The colonization returned to Mayotte! I confirm that I will not be able to book at this property and therefore I give an experience only on booking and I will not be able to write an opinion on the accommodation given the bad turn of these disrespectful employees! I was supposed to come with my mom.

Very friendly restaurant, the waiters and bartender are very professional, however the property owner’s welcome to us remains questionable (because they got robbed last night, we must have suffered the bad mood of property owner)

Vous avais oublier de preciser que quand vous êtes entrer dans l'hôtel qui est un lieu privée en passant devant 2 personnes dont le propriaitaire vous n'avais pas trouver important de dire bonjour ou de vous présenté, on ne rentre pas comme dans un moulin dans un établissement privé . Mais la politesse ça s'apprend il n'est jamais trop tard .

Good address in Mamoudzou
Good hotel in Mamoudzou, which is not obvious in all neighborhoods. This one is a little out of the way and far from the center. Friendly welcome and quality room. Luckily this hotel has water which is quite rare at the moment in Mayotte.
Quiet area and a restaurant in the hotel; practical since it is recommended not to go out in the city in the evening.
