Very neat hotel...

Rooms was very neat and clean .food was excellent . beautiful absence for roof top restaurant . huge specious for parking... Totaly good value of money...very near by airport.round clock hot water super.

Okay, but a very cold pool.

The rooms are in very good condition (cleanliness and services). The only problem is that the POOL is VERY COLD (especially if you go with children).
Taking car, the location is very good, both for the tourist area, as well as for shops and where to get food.

Bad experience

They invent taxes at check-out, no one follows up on anything, the second bed in the room is on a covered terrace with a completely vertical ladder. They advertise themselves as five stars, they DO NOT provide good service. I do not recommend it. The lady in charge extremely rude. For the price there are other hotels in the area, too expensive for anyone to be able to resolve anything. Before publishing my reviews, I sent an email to the hotel referring to the collection problem and other aspects. Nobody answered my email, they only responded in the Google reviews asking me for an apology. I would like you to clarify my account better. I would never go back.

Wish we could've stayed longer!

We booked one night here at the last minute for a family of 6. We were pleasantly surprised at how new and clean this location was. Our toddler loved the pool! We stayed there mid-week so we were the only people on the property. I can imagine that the common areas could feel a little crowded if fully booked.
Overall it was a fantastic base from which to explore Atlixco and if we return to the town we will definitely stay here again.

Buena opción para familias, pero..........

Buena opción para llegar con familia, habitación cómoda y cuenta con cocina y refrigerador.
Todo el personal muy amable y atento
Sin embargo tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente en 2 de los 3 días de nuestra estancia y no llegó el personal de mantenimiento para arreglarlo
En mi reserva indicaba que el hotel contaba con restaurante y no es asi
