Clean room, courteous staff, easy check in process. Very understanding and personalized service. Definitely coming back with our sons to spend more time in Bacalar.

Lousy!

Lousy, don't go!!! Very bad condition of the cabins, no hot, ugly water, I've gone to other eco-friendly very nice, but this really is very sloppy, bad experience

Nice place, bad location

Very nice place, facilities are what they offer.
The problem is that it is very close to the highway and all night long you can hear the trucks passing by.
It is worth it if you are looking for something cheap, and you won't be there all day, to explore the place, but it is difficult to rest with the noise

Go somewhere else!

They must have had a real good photographer who knew how to work the angles on the online photos. They do not represent the hostal as it is.. It is in the worst possible location. Right next to a loud busy road. Fenced in a small courtyard. I was greeted with unfriendly service. And ended up leaving. And losing my money as it was non refundable. Go somewhere else !
