Great experience!!!!
Pleasantly surprised. The price for what we got was amazing. Atmosphere, 100% great experience! The room very clean and again, the atmosphere with the colors and decor, a great experience. The bed was more comfortable than the 5 star resort we just spent a week at. Wifi - free and fast. Coffee pot, toaster, every thing you need to cook if you want.
Great TV with all the apps to watch movies. The rooftop for sunset!!!
As expected, quite noisy. Other guests did not really follow the 10pm
" quiet" like we did, but we are early birds. Someone was banging frantically on the main door for about 45 min while we we trying to sleep until another person showed up to help them.
Host is super friendly and accommodating. We got early check in and a late check out with no cost.

Just a great way to spend our last few days on PV. WE WILL COME BACK HERE !!! I have great pics but the revew wouldn't accept.

Cute, cosy & close to the city
I booked this place on a third party website and afterwards I seen the reviews on trip advisor and was a little scared of what I had gotten myself into.
Needless to say, I didn’t need to worry at all. We had no issues with self check-in. I did not meet the hosts but they sorted out our house keeping in a timely manner and we could contact them over WhatsApp. They even stored our bags after we checked out which was helpful as we did not have a flight until late afternoon.
This place was perfect for our needs. The room was cute and cosy. I loved all the bright colours and the bedding and room was clean enough and comfortable. Yes, the room was small but I had checked this online first so I knew this already. It was big enough for us as a couple who were out exploring most of the day.
The balcony was great for going out and people watching. I appreciated that we could also see the sea. The rooftop was also a great place to go and chill and we would often use this to eat our dinner and have a drink if we were too exhausted to go back out to the city.
The area is pretty noisy so if you are overly sensitive to sound then I guess I wouldn’t recommend it but if you love being right in the action of it all and close to lots of eateries and bars, then it is totally for you. For us personally, once the windows were closed, it was enough to muffle the sounds so we could sleep after a busy day.
I have written this review for other travellers who have booked this and seen the previous bad reviews. I have no idea what went wrong with those stays but for us we didn’t encounter any bumps in the road so I am sure you will have a lovely stay too. If you are wanting a luxury experience then book an all inclusive resort near by, if you just want somewhere affordable and comfortable to lay your head and explore the city, then this is more than adequate.

Muy Mexico. Exquisitely decorated. Very comfortable and clean. , clean
I stayed two nights in the deluxe suite which opens to a main street but with the door closed it is very quiet. It is very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. It has a duvet and lamps. There are separate air units for the two main rooms. It is one of the most comfortable places that I have ever stayed. I have already reserved my next trip. The creative talent here is obvious at every turn. The roof area is awesome with two levels. There is a common kitchen in the single rooms area. It is a guest house converted from a traditional Mexican home. No, there is no elevator nor should you expect one. If you have lots of luggage you may consider one of the suites which are located on the ground floor. It has character that will live in your memories long after your trip is over.

Loved it!
The location couldn't have been any better and we loved watching the fireworks from the rooftop terrace. Our room was bright and cheerful and the bed was super comfortable. We slept really well and even with a balcony to the street, we weren't disturbed at all by any street noise. We just loved the whole place and would definitely stay again!

HOSTING OF TERROR, LOUSY
It is not a Hotel is an Inn, the place does not have a reception, the reception is at street level, they can spend minutes/hours attending to you, the “General Manager” Andrea Zermeño seems to be obliged to receive the hosts, there are no welcome or educational phrases to greet, through Booking they provide you with the opportunity to schedule a different time of check-in and when you arrive at the accommodation taking flight hours and all you want is to get to leave suitcases and go on vacation there is no provision of service, nor flexibility, and above all they orient you to cancel when they are the ones who are defaulting, zero empathy for the Traveler host, the place has very steep stairs if you carry bags forget it will be impossible to climb them fit a person on the steps so narrow, the rooms of the antique remain humidified by more humidifying devices that place , by the way they make so much noise that you can not even sleep, ! The improprieties were outsourced to the administrative staff, and without prior notice, consent, I cancel the Reservation, leaving us at street level, not allowing access to the room to remove our things.

Me veo en la necesidad de aclarar los hechos que ocurrieron durante su estancia, ya que esta es una reseña sin fundamento con fines difamatorios.
Ustedes al llegar a la propiedad con su primer reservación exigieron de forma prepotente, grosera y hostil ingresar antes del horario establecido, el personal fue lo más razonable en recibir su equipaje a las 12:00pm y su actitud fue desconsiderada e irrespetuosa asi que nos reservamos el derecho de admisión.
Nuestra gerente general tomó las medidas adecuadas para proteger la seguridad y el bienestar de todos nuestros huéspedes, aplicando estrictamente las normas de convivencia y seguridad que son esenciales en cualquier espacio social.
A pesar de reservarnos el derecho de admisión, lograron ingresar a la propiedad mediante una nueva reservación bajo otro nombre y presentando una identificación que no correspondía a la persona que se hospedaba, lo cual es un delito tipificado en el Código Penal.
Además, ingresaron a una tercera persona no registrada en la reservación, poniendo en riesgo a mis demás huéspedes y de nuevo, rompiendo las reglas de la casa. Este tipo de comportamiento es inaceptable y va en contra de nuestros principios de operación.
Por estas razones, tanto usted como su acompañante han sido vetados de todas nuestras propiedades para futuras estancias.
Les solicitamos que se abstengan de intentar realizar nuevas reservaciones, ya que nos reservaremos el derecho de admisión.
