Very clean and a great place to stay at!
The property is on a steep hill so we enjoyed it because it gave us a little workout every day 😅
The staff are very friendly and helpful!
All the furniture is outdated but everything worked. The kitchen is well equipped, we stayed in room 3 with direct access to the pool and jacuzzi, and a pretty nice view.
Unfortunately there is no soundproofing and you can hear everything! 2 out of the 6 nights we stayed here, and the very early morning (4am) of the day we checked out, we could not sleep because of the very loud squeaking noises, wall banging and other sounds that where coming from room 6 (right above us)! Mentioning that some of the other rooms on those specific nights were vacant, and it seemed an isolated case that room number 6 entertained loud activities at a property advertised as quiet and appropriate for families, with quiet hours, further away from the night life of Los Cabos. This was unfortunate since not self inflicted lack of sleep (like going out and partying and missing hours of sleep) put us off track for next days’ activities.

Beautiful place very clean and spacious. Staff absolutely amazing. Very close to every thing and beautiful views. Would absolutely stay again.

Invasion of privacy just to check how many guest we had in there. We didn’t request or they didn’t even let us know they were coming in. Dead flies everywhere, and property looks nothing like the pictures. Owner came in yelling when we requested to speak to him for extra charges.
1 star hotel, not recommend .

this place is a true hidden gem, they didn't have the restaurant or bar open but there were a lot to choose from just down the road. Definitely will be going back.

The Ocean view was not as advertised, the spa was not functioning properly it did not heat the pool was not clean. The most important part was the the road was not meant to be traveled on with a small car, it was more suited for a high clearance 4 wheel drive. I mentioned this to the staff and informed that excess to the property was no reason for a cancellation refund. This property is not safe. I would highly recommend that Hotels.Com not represent this property. I opened a chat with Hotels. and never got a reply. We left after the first night and booked much nicer and safer hotel for the remainder of our vacation. I would request Hotels.Com help me resolve this issue.
