High-handed and rude staff.

I stayed without knowing the horrible experience that would happen there.
Unfortunately, I did the hiring from CDMX without knowing where I would arrive.
Michelle Rivera is a despot and rude person, she treats guests without the slightest consideration.
She resents being asked to clean the rooms, as she does not have staff to help her.
So it does not change towels, sheets or clean sheets.
With jobs half a roll of toilet paper.
So, look for any pretext to charge extra, such as staining or soiling towels, blankets or because you left the bathroom wet, etc.
It has a refrigerator and microwave oven in the courtyard, but if you try to use it, it charges you another extra.
Worst of all, it threatens you that she, Michelle Rivera owns it and if or if you'll pay her her extra fee.
Find out where they will be staying, so that they do not have bad experiences, nor horror vacations.

Hidden gem in Cabo

What a hidden gem this place is! This darling, clean, safe and centrally located hotel is exactly what we needed! Hot showers, great location and comfortable, clean beds! The palapa, with comfortable sitting areas, water features, lush plants and beautiful lighting add to the peaceful feeling this place provides. Michelle and her staff keep this place clean and running smoothly. We love it here!!

Perfect for older solo female

Perfect for my needs: budget friendly, safe, clean, quiet, strong coffee in the morning, fridge in common area, walking distance to marina and Walmart. I was in the corner “Frieda” room. Friendly helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!
