Management put their staff in a very uncomfortable position by closing the pool without notice to incoming guests. A special thanks to Mario and staff for making my staff memorable. It is such a beautiful hotel. The staff are second to none. Thanks you!

Ok stay.. great location.. staff not as friendly as I remember

We have come here to start of vacation in Cancun for years mainly because of the roof top pool. Only to check in and have staff not inform us of the pool closure. We only found out after coming to the roof ready to swim. Very disappointed that staff didn’t mention this. I also only found out through another guest that they are offering passes to a near by pool the staff here never mentioned this to me. I went to ask for the pass they took some time to send it we went at around 10 am only to find out they are not opened until 11am which I would have thought the hotel staff would know and tell us. Rooms are done over and a little nicer that we remember but we most likely won’t return after this lack of customer service we used to receive here.

Very good

Drinks are great and bartenders are very friendly. Eduardo and Alex were fantastic bartenders and were very nice.

Dental clinic

Everything was wonderful and Lil bit noisy in the hall and the elevator kept breaking down ,but Mario front desk keep Everything in place and help me out tree my whole stay
