I am very discouraged use this service, I had tried many times and you or the airlines give you a price but finally , the end is you end that buying higher price trip for what you was told as a hook that has no ending prices . Finally I did it but am not happy about this manipulation of the online system . But I I do not know the details in the rear end of the online systems, I see only the front of my intelligent devise

The hotel is very comfortable and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms have big air conditioning units that were life saving and the perfect amount of space. It is in the city with not many tourists. The food in the area is delicious and there are many convenience stores for water refills. It is also very easy to get transportation in this area, easy access for ubers and taxis. I would definitely recommend this place.

Disgusting, disgusting, disrespectful

First they charge air conditioning aside, only deliver one towel per person that comes with antique stains and also frays, I was scammed with the room, I paid for a service of a double bed plus a bed of a square and they delivered a piece of a bed where we could not fit two people, they did not want to solve it, the people in reception were three different people, of which none attend well, they are disrespectful, they accused of having delivered towel full of soil and blood, being IMPOSSIBLE situation, this happened in front of other people and did not apologize for his mistake, this receptionist had noses with a substance of doubtful reputation, wanting with this to charge us more value, the person, a woman in charge of services treated us very disrespectfully and disrespectfully, being this very reckless interrupting within a personal conversation.
We did not want cleaning service as it was not necessary, when we returned we realized that they had entered the room without consent, fortunately everything of value we kept in the suitcase that has a padlock.
Dismal experience, do not take this hotel, the workers are fraudsters and ask for a lot of extra money in exchange for giving the solution (bribe type).
The photos are modified, it is not as shown in those reference photos, at all, it is dirty, messy, bad service, bad smells and are a disrespect with high level of bad customs and education.
They did not want to give answers to anything or refund according to the service we received as a difference from what was paid.
