Handy & Good

This place has a very good location downtown, rooms are okay and bed is comfortable, price is great along with a friendly staff. Also as a plus they have a complimentary Kitchen and are just 2 blocks away from the bus station ADO.

Impossible to sleep !

Cheapish hotel in a dark backstreet .
3 of the 4 staff very nice , 1 guy my age ( 50) ignorant horrible guy who says nothing but just stares at you whilst chewing gum lol .
Coffee machine was never full , so in the 3 nights not one coffee : (( NO wifi in room.
I refused my first room , it was so dirty ( the walls ) and it stunk
The lovely check in girl took me around until I found one that was kind of ok , at least with a window .
Aircon was good , Tv was good, , plenty of hot water and cleaned well .
But .... this is a very loud hotel .. there is no control of the guests , who seem to be friends of the horrible man ( chewing gum guy ) , they are in fact repeat guests from Cuba who come across to buy cheap stuff , there was about 20 or more there and they shout all the time 24 hours, when they check in or out then they call each other by shouting , its disgusting .. i was awake every hour one night and i opened my door and told them to be quiet ( in both languages ) a few times , I dont understand why the management allow this behavior .
Anyway im sure there are better hotels nearer , if you cant sleep , and i didnt , then its no good staying there .. but the hotel doesnt care, they get their income from the repeat Cuban guests.

Close to ADO

We did book the place one night because it is around the corner of the ADO bus station. The other plus...it was a relatively clean room. The room was very noisy direct at the reception area had no window at all to the outside only a window to the lobby which was not nice as you could hear everything.
Just slept there a few hours.

Económico pero no muy cómodo

Este hotel esta muy bien ubicado y puedo decir que es lo único que me haría volver. Esta justo en el centro de Cancún y muy cerca de la estación de ADO (Buses). La Wi-Fi es un desastre, no tiene mini bar en las habitaciones, el agua caliente no es constante y en la noche siempre dependes de que la recepción te abra la puerta del hostal. Es pequeño, para no fumadores en cualquier área y no permiten el consumo de ninguna bebida alcohólica dentro del hotel, incluyendo las habitaciones. El servicio de la recepción es muy bueno, son todos muy amables y ofrecen información turística sobre los alrededores. La TV es bastante variada, pero el aire acondicionado está fijado a 22ºC y no hay mandos disponibles para bajar la temperatura (Cancún suele ser muy caluroso). El precio es muy asequible y realmente está acorde al servicio y las condiciones. Una habitación doble cuesta cerca de 27 dólares la noche (por habitación). Recomiendo este hostal para personas que necesiten usar buses o hacer compras en la ciudad. Es un lugar muy seguro (rasgo muy importante en México).

Retrocediendo cada dia

La casa ya no es la misma el servicio es malo, en la cocina ya no existen los mismas facilidades el fefri chico para su magnitud, el cafe no logras verlo y para colmo te fijan el aire en 24 grados y te esconden el mando para que no lo puedas bajar sin tener en cuenta la cantidad de personas en una habitacion o lkas ventanas que posee. Los empleados no te escuchan y amenazan con Nicolas. ES UNA PENA. lOS PRECIOS SE HAN DISPARADOS Y CALIDAD MALA
