The air is cool, but the bathroom floods because of the short curtain... And there is no Netflix :(

Incomplete experience
The hotel in terms of accommodation is very good; large fourth and cleanliness also very good. However, we were not informed that there are restrictions on access to the existing 14 restaurants and that only two serve breakfast until 11:00. Another negativity is that no bar works 24 hours a day and after 2 in the morning closes everything and you are left with nothing to do at a resort.

DO NOT STAY
We've stayed in several Cancun/Playa del Carmen hotels once or twice a year. This is definitely one of the worst hotels in Cancun. The app to make reservation a la carte doesn't work and when going in person for the reservation, they're fully booked. The buffet food is not-eatable. The spa is not a full spa and over priced for the services.
Edgar from the beach bar has zero hospitality skills. He got into an argument with my dad then with me. I brought this up to the hotel and I hope they take appropriate action. He shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry.

The best vacation with the bros.
The animation team is incredible; Katherin, Ken, Alexander, and Gerardo are all super kind and handsome. They all invited me to the activities, and I enjoyed them a lot. I love you all, family; you are very fun and funny, and I got along with you very well.

First I'll say this hotel would not have been my first choice. We decided to stay here because our married friends had already booked their stay and it was more convenient for us since we planned on vacationing together. Pros: Check in process was quick and we arrived early and our accommodations were already ready so we were able to go straight to our room. Room was a decent size and we had a beautiful view. Prices for the adult only cabanas ranged from $80 - $30 USD which is very reasonable. Cons: Shower mat for the tub had mold, Ironing board was broken but replaced and air conditioning system wasn't cooling enough though we set it to the lowest temperature. Resort had several specialty restaurants that were impossible to get a reservation for. We downloaded the Oasis App because it would allow for a quicker and easier reservation process however when trying to make a reservation everything was booked. This forced us to seek dinner off the resort which made our trip alil more costly but not regrettable. The "included" restaurants were also very packed to the point that we had to wait on line to be seated (I've never experienced this before). Our friends were doing a timeshare presentation and according to them their room was terrible. They were staying on the other side of the resort. We were on the Sens side and told them to inquire about being put on our side and they were told all the rooms were booked. Both rooms on either side of ours was vacant the entire trip.
