Great time at Maria’s Kan Kin

Just got back from Isla Mujeres. Stayed at Maria’s Kan Kin and it was wonderful. The accommodations, rooms, beach and restaurant all were great and Lily who runs Maria’s is just the best. Planning on going back in November won’t stay anywhere but Maria’s Kan Kin. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.

A gem!

This boutique hotel has 10 rooms and it is adjacent to Loretta's Beach Club therefore giving you access to it. There are some renovations going on within the property but nothing intrusive and it's actually great as it has a lot of potential. It is so quaint and you can't beat the location and staff. Lily and Javi went above and beyond - super helpful in getting us a golf cart and booking a snorkeling trip. There are also very few beach front rooms but totally worth it for the view. We can't wait to return!

Top hotel on the beach

We had a wonderful time at Lily's. We had a lovely clean room with our family of 5. The beach is shared with the beach club, but there are always enough beds. And the staff is super nice and makes great breakfast. We hope to come back again!

We LOVE this property. The restaurant, food, the rooms are nice and cold and simple.
Lilly the manager is awesome! Always helpful and kind and accommodating. The rooms are cold, cozy, the property is lush and beautiful and they maintain the beach and pool.
It's one of our fav places to stay. We like to support Mexican owned businesses when we visit. I would suggest one majorly important thing. While we love love this property the beds are very firm and not as plush and restful. They should consider updating the mattresses.
I know FIFA is a big thing right now with the world cup, but they shut the music off at the restauarant and blaired it so loud to the beach that all of us that were resting and relaxing had to hear it for HOURS every day. It's okay to play them of course and it was a huge draw for them however it was not for all the visitors and guests. I had my own speaker and played it and everyone NOT INTO FIFA thanked me and agreed that it was not enjoyable.
Lilly understood and tried her best.

Great

We just completed our 5-day stay at Maria's Kan Kin in Isla Mujeres, and it was wonderful. This is a beautiful, quiet boutique hotel with amazing breakfasts included in the room rate.
We enjoyed lunch and dinner at the hotel every day. While the food was a little pricey, it was absolutely delicious, so we didn't mind paying for the quality and experience.
Teresa at the front desk and her assistant were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant staff was also outstanding and provided excellent service.
The beach is gorgeous, although it is on the smaller side. If you're considering staying here, keep in mind that this is a romantic, charming boutique hotel rather than an all-inclusive resort with numerous activities and entertainment options.
If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great food and personalized service, Maria's Kan Kin is an excellent choice.
