Privilege Aluxes relaxation with great service and food/drink

Wonderful service especially Dani at beach bar area! Food and drinks were excellent as well!! 10th time going here and gets better all the time :)

What a great place to stay the food is amazing especially the evening cook out they have a couple times a week
Beach service is excellent Dani is the best
The beach here is amazing and the sand is great not a rock to be found

I gave this resort 3 stars mainly because of the location, which is very convenient for enjoying Isla Mujeres. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price.
The property feels old and could definitely use some renovation. Our room had an unpleasant smell that made the stay less comfortable. I specifically booked a room with a whirlpool on the balcony expecting a relaxing view and experience, but unfortunately, our balcony was facing a cemetery, which was very disappointing.
The food was another weak point. Both breakfast and lunch were below average in terms of quality and selection. For a resort at this price point, I expected much better.
Overall, the location is good, but that alone isn't enough for me to recommend the resort. I would not return. For the amount I paid, I believe there are much better resorts available with newer rooms, better views, and higher-quality food.

Isla & PA are always my favorite vacation destinations

Everything was amazing. The rooms could be a little cooler, but not complaining. We woke up every day in paradise with the nicest people at PA.

Awesome Hotel

Privilege Aluxes is an awesome resort. For being an All Inclusive , the food was actually very good. Of course, most of the time was spent on the beach at the Privilege Aluxes beach club. At the beach club, our server was Dani and he was amazing and very attentive…..drinks were never empty, I will be back again. Besure to ask for Dani at the beach club.
