I returned to Real de Catorce, after almost 8 years and months!

Bathroom totally clean (without towels to dry after and also for hands)
WiFi (various networks), working and excellent signal
Pillowcases stained and with hair (disgusting)..
Stained walls of drinks (awful)
Ultra-dry plants (already dead and dying slowly)
Fountain working (nice sound)
Panoramic views(not for long, because in front of those views and behind the hotel, they are building)..
No restaurant, no breakfast option there (and I don't order for free), but I like that option
For now is all I have in mind (there is an experience..
But I will omit...); then I add something else
Ahh, they returned the deposit they ask for for the control and key (it is annoying this (not even a motel anymore), but, they returned the money almost 500 ✅

Scammers.

They're rude, disgustingly rude. They treat you like they're doing you a favor. They don't have hot water, they just say it takes time to get out but the truth is they don't have hot water. They're asking for a deposit for control and they wouldn't return it to us. I even know it's difficult but PROFECO should sanction them for these scams. Simply lying about the hot water is already a consumer foul, not to mention the scams they apply to guests. We don't even talk about the best staff treatment, starting with the guy at the front desk. The truth is that places like that should close them down or at least fine them.

Useless Pothead

The pictures shown on their website are not updated, there's no any view to the mountain, there's a view to a construction that can not let you see further. The shower don't work properly, only super hot or super cold, and only drops pf water.
It is too expensive related with the price, it looks more like a delux hostel (delux only because of the price). The receptionist do the party with music late hours at night without caring the other hosted, when we came out for him to do something, he was so stonned, smoking a marijuana joint, asked us, "Why does it bother you? does it bother you people are happy?" with this kind of response, my friend got pretty angy and told him to do something, his answer was "Go back to your country". After seen this kind of rudeness, we request the deposit money, for us to leave the hostel right away, of course he did not do anything. He kept with out $300 pesos (17 USD).
If you want a bad service, over price, terrible views, noise at night, drugs, music out loud at nights, and a pothhead thieft, go this place

an Hotel in Real

we spent a few nights here, nice view, a bit too far away from the center if you have to walk with your luggage. It's ok, but at the beginning he tried to give us a different room from the one we booked and paid... But eventually we got what we paid for.

Over price for REAL DE CATORCE , I don’t almost 1500
Pesos for one night they advertise rooms whit fire place NOT TRUE I DONT understand how the people stay here in cold weather ??!! Very noisy place , if
You stay there bring your own water , the hotel doesn’t provide water to guests ,
