A Relaxing Stay at the nicest hotel in Celestun

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in the Tapir Suite and really enjoyed our stay. The room was large, with a very comfortable king bed, and the A/C was powerful. We also had a view of the ocean and sunsets from our second floor room. It’s undoubtedly the nicest hotel in town.
The hotel grounds are lush, and well maintained. The pool and beach area were both great, and the food and drinks were very good as well. The music they played was perfect. Service was excellent - everybody was attentive and friendly throughout our stay.
One thing we were initially worried about was dinner, since the hotel website says the kitchen closes at 6:30pm and there are not a lot of dining options in town. Thankfully, during our stay the restaurant was open until 9pm every night
Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely return.

I paid for my room and didn't even sleep there, it was supposed to be “a suite”

They greet you with a bad attitude, you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs, a 4000 peso a night suite that doesn't include breakfast and smells like dampness, the bathrooms smell very bad, I left and didn't sleep there because I was going to get sick from so much dampness, dirty pools, you have to ask the staff to come attend to you, there is no good disposition, the beach is beautiful, they should take advantage of the location they have and improve the quality of service and invest in maintenance, I think they have it more as a day pass, don't stay there to sleep

A very beautiful and comfortable place with wonderful service!
The food is very good, although with a very limited menu.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Amenities were great, the employees were so kind
Loves the beach, pools and all amenities.
Their playlist with the bossa nova covers made my days more relaxed
Cannot wait to go back and enjoy Totem Beach

We love Tótem Beach Club!

I loved the place! The stay was super comfortable; the staff always treated us very well, everything was clean and suitable for our arrival. The food and cocktails were delicious. Without a doubt, I will return soon.
