Resting place

Very beautiful place due to the nature, very clean and good place to rest. We received very good attention from all the staff and the food was very delicious. The rooms are very small but very comfortable and warm.

UNDER HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Worse costumer service ever. They couldn’t find my reservation on booking.com they comunícate by phone.
so if you don’t have cash you are out and you can not even use a credit card or checking because they do not know how to process payment for a card. Only if is a national card from Mexico. So tourist are not welcome here unless you have pesos they are allergic to dollars.
They don’t even have a computer they have to call the manager which she is not even on site. She is nasty and lack of costumer service.
STAY AWAY FROM THERE.
Don’t waist your time or money
I call customer service in booking and they couldn’t do nothing for me TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE after driving 4 hrs from Mexico City.

BEAUTIFUL WOMEN REATREAT!

We were there, last weekend with 50 women from some places of mexico and Argentina, Equator, Colombia and Miami . That was our 3 WOMEN'S REATREAT in Mexico Magico! (this was a private event, of course!)
The place is AMAZING, surrounded by nature and powerful positive energy!
All those ladies fall in LOVE at the first sight!
Besides, the food was scrumptious and the services, attention and personal in charge, so friendly and good helpers.
Can't ask for more!

Pesimo servicio

Este fin de semana lleve un grupo de amigos a disfrutar de la zona y reserve ahí en ese lugar, la reserva portelefono esta bien pero cuando llegas al lugar te trata el encargado como si no valiera lo que estas pagando por el servicio, te tratan muy groseros, te dan una toalla, y te las cuentan en la adminstracion, las habitaciones son muy muy reducidas, en especial el baño, NO CABES (Literal) el resto de mis amistades las hospede en el hotelito de a lado, las habitaciones muuucho mejor, pero el envidioso del administrador se porto muy grosero con las personas. NO lo recomiendo, hay mejores hoteles y clubs alrededor, los de la laguna larga están muy buenos.

De fin de semana

Vinimos un grupo grande de amigos y traemos muchos niños . Todo mundo se la pasó bien. A pesar del frío, las albercas son muy calientitas. Los niños adoraron alimentar a los patos. Lo único malo son las pocas toallas que te da el hotel. Y por el clima nunca se secan y no te quieren dar mas. Eso está pésimo.
