The property was charming, the room was great. The buffet at the place next door included with you room was fantastic. Different both days we were there. Close to a lot of things to do including the Butterfly sanctuary. The staff are so nice. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is tired and dated and looks much better in the photos than in reality. The staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful and we appreciated that a lot. The wifi didn't reach our room which was very frustrating. We had to go to the common areas to get service and found that quite inconvenient. The room was basic but acceptable and the bed was very comfortable.

The pictures shown are true of the inside and rooms but the gardens and pools are all dry. I assume it’s because of the time of year but I feel it should be stated. I was hopeful to walk around this area but it was not inviting at all. The hotel is situated next to a very busy highway and unfortunately we received a room that had windows facing the highway. It was incredibly noisy even with ear plugs. I feel if I would’ve told the staff, they would’ve corrected the issue and put us in a different room but I was too tired to get up. Even though the staff was super attentive, I wouldn’t come back.
