Enjoyed it

Parking in the back, very quiet, little garden around which the rooms are situated. Room had everything and the main square is just around the corner. On sunday early evening they had live music with the licals dancing!
I did like comitan and this hotel including the very friendly people.
If you like to add a country to your list go to Tziscao, you can walk to Guetamala and take pics. No passport etc needed. Drive is +/- 1.5hr. The Chiflon cascade are very beautiful as well.

Not very comfortable in winter

This typical hotel is very well placed a stone's throw from the central square and the breakfast is plentiful. However, in winter the room was heated only with a small additional electric heating. The bathroom had problems with water flow...
Finally the room overlooks the patio and has no veils except a blackout fabric curtain for the night putting the room in the dark during the day too bad.

Relaxing stay, Centrally Located, and Parking

We had a good stay and appreciated how well located the hotel was and that it included parking. The shower was great, and we liked how the room opened to a garden with tables. Only thing I didn't like was that the beds are very hard and I found it difficult to get comfortable. I asked about a room with a softer bed and the receptionist told us the bed in our room was new and they were all pretty much the same. Another nice thing was that there was a water cooler for anyone to use to fill your water bottle. Coffee in the coffee shop is weak so you might look elsewhere for your morning coffee.

Wonderful place!

Loved everything about this place. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were extremely comfortable (if you like firm beds, which we do), everything was clean, and all the rooms open up to a beautiful courtyard garden. It’s in a perfect location right next to the plaza, Comitán is a great town that we loved exploring and people watching. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location. Wonderful people!

Clean, modern hotel with all the amenities!
Our room was spacious and well appointed with artsy, yet tasteful decor. The courtyard was beautiful and a great place to relax. The restaurant was super convenient for breakfast and offered a varied menu.
So close to the historic/tourist center!!!
There are restaurants, shops, and the lovely square less than half a block away. Parking lot is a huge asset in this area!
What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Everyone from reception, to housekeeping, to wait staff was extremely professional and kind.
Ignacio helped us with our plans to Lagos de Montebello and El Chiflon. He also helped with a minor car repair. He went way above and beyond! Hilda, the housekeeper, became a fast friend and was so sweet in helping me practice my Spanish.
I highly recommend Hotel Casa Delina!
