The room was big and the bed was super confortable. The breakfast was delicious and a real buffet with a lot of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel San Francisco candid review

The hotel is a very nice experience, the location is unbeatable, just missing an important point to take into account: its pool has no boiler and is very cold, to the point of thinking twice before entering!!! If this subject changed, it would be perfect.

Room was freezing cold. Temperature at night dropped to 9 degrees Celsius and the bed only had one blanket and no heating.
We were denied a 45 minutes late check out although hotel was half empty.

It was a very pleasant and wonderful surprise to find that this hotel exceeded all expectations. The photos don't do justice to its excellent condition. The pool is no longer covered, making it perfect for sunbathing all day long, which is why it's the best spot in the hotel, and I'm sure in all of Tlaxcala. The breakfast restaurant offers a simple Mexican buffet, but the service is excellent. The restaurant on the upper floor of the lobby is of excellent quality, with very good food and very reasonable prices. The location is absolutely prime, right across from the city's main square. No other hotel has a better location. It's clear that it underwent a recent renovation, which improved it in every way. Highly recommended.

Our first room was dark so we asked for a different room and they happily found us a better room.
