Convenient, practical, clean Hotel for short stays

This Hotel is practical, clean and convenient. Our family stayed in ejecutive room, which we found a bit small, but it was only to sleep so it didnt matter much. I can say the Hotel is VERY CLEAN in the room, common areas, nice maintained gardens, clean resraurant and toilets. However we experienced some little issues like the water sink tab was broken (they fixed it), the pool seats were broken. Pools are small, so with a busy hotel the pools become super busy. I would say is a option to stay if you need a night or two if you have an event. Maybe to spend the day is a bit small. People at the restaurant and the pool super friendly. The check in girl was not in her best and deliver the info Like a recording machine.

Pleasant experience, so much so that we have already recommended it.

Repair or replacement of lounge chairs.
The air conditioning unit in room 404 makes a lot of noise.
Regarding the staff's service, EXCELLENT AND RESOLUTE. Adalberto and his colleagues at the restaurant. Housekeepers, front desk staff, maintenance, parking...

Great location and beautiful hotel-my family and I stay here each time we visit Cuernavaca typically 2-3 times per year renting multiple rooms - overall it is a decent hotel and perfect location for us but here are some cons or more feedback about my experience: most front desk workers not too friendly, you only get 2 small bottles of water your first night stay nothing more if you are staying additional nights (This should be complimentary each night stay) Digital key system for rooms can be tricky-key system needs updating. Executive side rooms are more expensive but worth it and the groundskeeping is beautiful however the very nice pool on the executive side gets very crowded from the entire hotel - would be nice if the executive pool could be limited to executive room guests. I would recommend this hotel.

Awesome experience

Cesar Arturo was really great, the service was awesome, he attended to all are needs, we booked with Expedia was a great visit.
