Great hotel is a guarantee of a lifetime

Everything was excellent, from the reception of the bellboys to the service and quality of the restaurant! The pool super comfortable, very spacious rooms!

So-so

The hotel itself is fine, only that for the first few nights they gave us a room where pigeons were getting into the kitchenette , and my baby started itching.
The bathroom smelled horrible, I asked for a room change and everything was very different; they should leave that room for the pigeons, not for guests.
The second room was cleaner.
The restaurant food is expensive and very bland.
The pool is very cool, covered and warm.

The room I was assigned had a horrid smell of drainage wich came from the bathroom floor. The stench covered the pillows and blankets of the room and the smell was difficult to get it out.

Reservé 4 noches y cancelé 2 con aviso oportuno. El personal nunca supo explicar el proceso de devolución, me hicieron llamar varios días sin respuesta clara y al final solo ofrecieron un crédito, no reembolso, pese a que las políticas son confusas y mal redactadas. Además, el hotel carece de servicios básicos: no proporcionan toallas, las camas son antihigiénicas porque no cuentan con sábana de cajón (solo una sábana simple y un cubrecolchón), y el baño se inunda al bañarse por la cortina demasiado corta.
No recomiendo este hotel y solicito a la gerencia un reembolso justo por las noches no utilizadas.
I booked 4 nights and had to cancel 2 with timely notice. The staff never explained the refund process, kept asking me to call back for days, and finally only offered a credit instead of a refund. The cancellation policy is unclear and poorly written. Rooms were clean but lacked essentials: no towels, and the beds are unhygienic because they don’t have fitted sheets (only a flat sheet and a mattress cover). The bathroom floods due to a short shower curtain.
I do not recommend this hotel and urge management to issue a proper refund for the unused nights.

Honestly I was expecting an Ok room , checked in . Got into my room the bathroom and floor and the overall room were filthy dirty. No towels at all . Called 2 times and didnt receive them until 4 hours later . It was not a pleasant stay . Dissappointed
