Very nice and lovely boutique hotel. Perfectly located with a wonderful restaurant attached to it. Service was very good in general, only the night shift staff should be better trained to be more proactive and helpful. Great value for your money.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The receptionist was always quick to help whenever I called, and when I arrived early one morning, the staff were ready and even upgraded my room. The cleaning staff were exceptional and friendly.
The pool area has chairs that were perfect for relaxing on our last day. The location was ideal for exploring World Cup activities, restaurants, and bars, and the neighborhood felt safe, with coffee shops, pharmacies, and clothing stores all nearby. Bonus points for being so close to Casa Bariachi!
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone considering booking. Just do it!

Terrible attitude from the receptionist.

Terrible attitude from the receptionist; he resolves nothing and responds very rudely, providing no customer support, not even being able to tell you where to buy a bottle of water.
The place has no parking, and the receptionist just tells you to look for a spot on the street; they solve nothing.

Health risk: contaminated bathroom; irresponsible.

Very poor service, dirty, and they do not take responsibility for the room they offer to the customer. Bathroom with contaminated water (feces) putting the health of their customers at risk. However, they do not change your room because there is no availability, and they do not refund you. AWFUL.. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RISKS TO THE CUSTOMER...
