Great location and pleasant place to stay

Tecolote is on great location very close to the theater, Pipila and walking distances to other sightseeing places in Guanajuato. Also, there are some good restaurants very near Tecolote.
You can enjoy common areas including terraces on top floor to have panorama view to the city and use kitchen, dinning room if you like.
The room we booked is also cozy with nice decoration.
Herman (not sure if writing his name correctly) speaks English well and very friendly. He can help you to find restaurant, arrange taxi for airport and answer every questions.
Highly recommend you guy to stay at Tecolote in Guanajuato.

Großes Potential, leider gänzlich ungenutzt, Betreiber nur auf Geld einsammeln aus!

+Lo único era la ubicación cerca al centro histórico
-las instalaciones muy antiguas, no hicieron el aseo diario a la habitación,
-el personal no tiene tacto con los clientes
Insgesamt enttäuschend, aus dem Haus kann man viel viel mehr machen :(

cuidado..este lugar lo ofrecen como hotel..pero es una casa vieja que no dice en la entrada hotel..no hay recepcion.y el dueño se justifica conque es un hotel basico..no tiene television..mal servicio..y decidi cambiarme a un lugar que si sea hotel..con el respectivo problema de hospedarme en otro de ultimo momento..no caigan en eses error...habitaciones viejas y sin imagen...

ECONOMICO

La amabilidad de las personas es buena, el precio creo es de lo más barato que puedes encontrar en Guanajuato y la ubicación es excelente. No hacen la limpieza (no es grave) tal vez lo deberian mencionar para no sorprenderse, el hecho de que el baño fuera compartido es algo que no especificaran, la terraza creo fue la mayor decepción ya que en las fotos se ve una terraza súper linda y acogedora, sin embargo al subir esta lleno de cosas, no hay sillas, la mesa se encontraba con cosas de las remodelaciones que estaban haciendo y para rematar no estaba ni tantito iluminada, el hotel es una casa antigua y creo podrían sacarle más provecho a esto, tal vez solo tuve mala suerte y fui justo cuando estaban remodelando y ahorita ya concuerda con las fotos. Por el precio , la ubicación y la tranquilidad creo si regresaría solo que buscaría la opción de las habitaciones con baño en la habitación, que al parecer si las tienen.
