I always enjoy staying at Hotel San Diego. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always provides outstanding service. The rates are very reasonable, especially considering the prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Excellent stay, well beyond expectations…!

Everything was as described, clean rooms, awesome views from our balcony and attentive employees. Asked for a few things and they were completed almost instantly.

Everything was good only thing I didn't like about the room was that there was no ac and room was hot and stuffie but I guess that's you pay for.

You can't sleep, you're not friendly or welcome. I said I'd spend my birthday and they didn't mind

Inattentive at reception (or for sightseeing in your own state you are welcomed as a host would ) The room without iron or dryer (if you ask or demand 1 they lend it to you). You can't sleep, the noise of a nearby joint all the time is nefarious. I understand the location but I don't recommend it, LISTEN TO ME. Book elsewhere!! I wouldn't go back to that hotel. Pretty and cultural Guanajuato.
