Great value for money! We were so comfortable at Naj that ended up extending our stay many times. All the staff members were friendly and always ready to help. Location is perfect: easy to walk to the centre, port, beach. I would happily stay here again.

Pool and surrounding area is too small and people were putting their stuff on multiple loungers so there were no available seats at all during the week that we stayed. It was unfortunate because the beaches had a lot of sargassum and we were hoping to use the pool.

Good service and very clean

We spent 5 days there, the staff is very nice and helpful, superior room on pool and deckchair. It is quite quiet and 3 minutes walk from all shops and restaurants. The beach 4 min. There is a checkout with vitrification of the room indeed, but it is as in all hotels in the world, except that here you wait for it to be checked in a few moments. One night we had music too loud by a customer who was partying at the bar, we had to show up at the reception for it to calm down, too bad. But frankly we will go back for the quality, cleanliness and kindness of the staff.
Do not forget to put a tip in the envelope, in the room, every day, if you are satisfied, you will not regret it. Muchas gracias.

Beyond expectations

Excellent hotel in a quiet location with very few golf carts. The port, beaches, and town center are easily accessible on foot, despite the dirt roads with large puddles.
The rooms are spacious with two comfortable queen-size beds and a large bathroom. The rooms also have a well-equipped kitchen.
The pool with a tropical garden is beautiful, but a bit small with limited sun loungers.
The breakfast served on the terrace is very good.
We believe it is one of the best hotels in Holbox Island.
The hotel itself is not related to the hotel, but there is a lot of seaweed on the beaches, which is a shame.
