Highly recommended super rich food

Great service, best food pizza recommended nachos and guacamole comfortable rooms and good price, super nice pool and drinks

Disappointing Day Pass

Today, among the many options in Huatulco, we decided to arrive at the hotel to celebrate a quiet birthday (it was recommended by hotelier friends like us). The first thing was at the reception (the girl was very friendly, by the way) who gave us directions to enter the pool area; upon arrival, no one attended to us. Later, when we ordered at the restaurant, we requested a hamburger and a tlayuda to taste the flavor at the hotel. Unfortunately, we waited more than an hour and a half for the tlayuda, which was very disappointing because we were already very hungry. Since my guest had not eaten, we had to leave due to the discomfort we felt.
Thank you, Itzae and Antonio (bartender), for the very good attitude of this staff.

Very quiet.

Very attentive, the breakfast was very good, the pools were very clean, and the atmosphere was calm; the rooms were very clean.

Got the cheap room in back no view but nice pool and breakfast included. Not a lot of affordable options for dinner mostly private resorts between hotel and beach but we could sneak through.

Highly recommend the food from the Hotel’s restaurant. Amazing food, tasty, big portions. Our reservation included breakfast buffet. The best breakfast I ever had, so complete: chilaquiles, eggs, pancakes, juice, fruit etc. staff members are so nice, polite, friendly. They are so helpful if you need any help getting some where.. I’m so happy I booked in this hotel.
