Good option in Ixtapa

Since I arrived we were welcomed with a very good service. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is air-conditioned and the food in the quality skn hotel. We really liked the buffet.

We are happy with our stay at Gamma Plaza. The entire hotel is kept quite clean. Someone cleaned our room daily and left water bottles for us every day. The room we had was older but it seems they are currently renovating the rooms. The staff is very friendly and English is spoken by many staff members. It is 10 minutes walk to the beach. Markets for shopping are very close. The premises are very quiet and the pool is enjoyable - there were always chairs available for our use. Downside would be that the gym facility is very basic and the wifi in our room was poor. Better wifi in other areas of the hotel closer to the lobby. Overall, I do recommend this hotel if you’d like a quiet, relaxing stay.
