Loreto Bay Resort Perfecto
We had such a wonderful experience at this resort, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible service from Luis, Guillermo , and Francisco. They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Their level of service was truly exceptional—they anticipated what we needed, always greeted us warmly, and made us feel incredibly welcome.
Beyond being extremely service-oriented, Luis , Guillermo, and Francisco are just all-around good people. Their kindness and hospitality really stood out and made our experience that much more special. They are exactly the kind of people who turn a great resort stay into an unforgettable one.
We would absolutely recommend this resort, and especially Luis , Guillermo and Francisco. Thank you both for taking such great care of us—we hope to see you again!

we had a storm at night which flood the balcony, they have a hotel maid cleaning each room but she have to clean all the rooms and on top of cleaning the rooms she had to clean the balconies. The balcony has a half an inch hole to drain the water, but because a lot of leaves also flood the balcony she had to do all by hand. She was taking the water with a dust pan little by little, the other hotel maid reported sick ( I think she knew what to expect). I gave an idea to fill the trash can with the water and then dispose it and it work. The paddles for the kayak: the lady did not want to let us use them because there was a storm the previous night and it could come back (bull pooop). When we ask for anything they call maintenance and they say yes but do not say when. They never show up. When you recall them they say oh we already notified maintenance! .
I think they left all the hard work to the hotel maid. The bikes are flat ot the horns are loose or something. a lot of excuses! The hamburgers are the best in theh world try them. they are better than in and out, canadian burgers or anything. you know what I will go back there because I love the Loreto Bay is a paradise, I did not like the hotel maid not beig able to eat brakefast but it seems that they do not have a good manager who looks for all the details. I have that vision and I do not like the people to be unfair, I notice a lot of the other employees sitting in the garden with the cellphone for long time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE HOTEL LORETO BAY GOLF & SEA RESORT
We had the absolute best time at Loreto Bay Golf & Sea Resort. We brought our two little doggies and golfed, ate, snorkeled and swam in the pool for 5 days. We never left the resort. No need to. :) The staff is so lovely. Professional and the service is 5 start.
We are headed back for another trip shortly. Our room was right on the sand with the ocean a 1 minute stroll.

We love the beach, location and staff. All so helpful and pleasant. The weather was hot and humid but the clean air conditioned room made for a great retreat from the sun. Can wait to return
