Fun, fun, fun
This will be my second review. We have been here for just over a week now. I really like this hotel. Sure there is no hot water ( I've had 1 almost hot shower) and staff almost speaks no English, but everyone is nice, the staff tries hard, and the coffee in the restaurant is Starbucks. Very good. Lots of places to eat around the hotel, and about 70 pesos to take a cab downtown. We go over there to eat at Marisco Juna Concha, a very good restaurant on Mexico Ave. We have been there almost every day. Today we felt a tremor ( yes there are earthquakes here) and the staff came around to make sure all was OK. If you don't require turn down service or breakfast included, and want to hear the ocean from your room, if you like walking on the beach, this is a nice affordable hotel to enjoy Manzanillo from.

Disappointed
From arrival page an up grade from a standard room to one with whirlpool.
1st. Day there was no hot water, almost no water came out of the shower, the hydromassage did not work
2nd. Day there was hot water until after 8 pm, whirlpool remained inoperable and until after 11 pm half cleaned the onion from the watering can and there was already some water in the watering can. (Until this hour we are told that they had to do I don't know what repair in the whirlpool that even had to break something which is not the problem of the guest but of the hotel.
We requested a room change from day one because of room damage and the front desk staff refused to do so arguing that the other rooms had sprayed them.
Regarding the hot water they argued that the boiler was turned off and there was no one to turn it on, second day they commented that it was turned on only at intervals of the day which I know is a lie, the hotel doubts that it was more than 15% occupancy and yet they had such a bad attitude not to solve the problems is not the first time that I stayed in this hotel, I had never had any inconvenience neither with service nor with the facilities, even I wanted one of the 2 rooms that are very large with palapa roof which they did not want to rent me. (I have stayed in those previously) the night receptionist tells me that he can not give me any solution, that I have to go the next day in the morning to give me some solution, the next day I go to reception to check my departure and to tell them of all the inconveniences and lies that I received from the reception staff of the hotel, at that moment the hotel manager approaches, I tell you all the inconveniences maybe this was the last visit to this hotel that I liked very much for the service of the staff, the quality that had in rooms and for being an ideal place to rest.

This is the worst hotel I ever been, I’ve travel around the world and stayed with thousands of hotel around the world. This is the worst experience I’ve ever have. First of all, they need every customer ware a hand strip, I am a guest, not a patient in hospital or a prisoner, it is not comfortable. Besides, the hotel without any elevator, if you have luggage, don’t come. You have to climb up very narrow staircase, it is a nightmare, and all their staff will never help you, even if you would like to pay them, they just said customer lift their luggage up, if you are lucky, you stay on first floor, then just one level up, if not, it would be a great exercise. Also the worst thing is I book the hotel by Trip.con here, with prepaid, I already show them the vouchers with online paid, but they chase for me said they have not get the payment, ask me to use my credit card for open payment, if they could not get money tomorrow, they will charge me. This is a crazy hotel. I never think Best Western like this. I will never stay in this and Best Western for rest of my life, and will ask all my friends don’t book this hotel and brand. If you would like to stay, then good luck to you. I will move to other hotel tomorrow. Originally, my team need to stay here for 3 days or more for 2 rooms. But I MUST move to City Express tomorrow.

HOTEL WITH GOOD LOCATION
Hotel connuna very good location within the city, very close to the customs area and area of shops and restaurants, the area is very active and safe, the playq is very quiet and the hotel has furniture, the room with good internet

Bad experience
Poor service, the room was not what I expected and when we left we were not allowed to check out late, everything has extra cost and do not give options to try to solve the drawbacks, we were not allowed to cancel a night which we would not occupy.
