The 3 stars I’m giving are thanks to the pool, the room was horrible, everything was super old.

If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel, squander it.

The service was good overall from the reception team however the food service is too slow, we took almost 2 hours for two burgers in the evening. The next two mornings we went to the buffet (which were also slow to set it up). The first day everything was well, it was stocked although the hot options did not look so appetizing, the rest was very good but the second day I went down to the buffet the high-handed lady who was charging attended me unwillingly and not only to me but to several of the group with whom we came. I asked him if he could pay by card to which he replied rudely and as if he had no other (if he had known he would do that to me he would not have taken the buffet).
The young Alberto was kind but too clueless that he did not notice that he could have caused an accident of the speed that happened to an older adult and was not able to even apologize.
The cleanliness of the rooms was good but you can see that they need to maintain them since in my bathroom it already looked deteriorated. Anyway, I would not return to this Hotel because of the delightful service experience I received from the lady who collects the buffet and young Alberto.

I wanted to like this hotel but there was no elevator and the hotel was about four floors all stairs. The WiFi did not work. There was NO Hot water and there was no hand towels. The staff was not the nicest either. I would not come back

Mold in the shower. Constant beeping of multiple smoke alarms, no WiFi in room, no Do Not disturb sign so woken up by maid every day. No blanket or towels, had to ask.

There is so much wrong with this place. We had a lamp in our room taped with electoral tape and had a whole different connection to it. The bedroom had a roach in there. I was to ask for some towels and extra blankets. The bed was so stiff. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The shower floor and bathroom floor looked dirty. Under the sink was dirty. The little closet was broken. The pool looked rundown. THE PICTURES OF THIS PLACE ARE A LIE! This place was expensive for how run down it was. I was disgusted. On top of the expensive cost for breakfast. I would never again.
