A very good experience

This was our first time here. We had a very good experience. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our cabin was cozy and nice. Just right for us. We definitely used the wood that was provided for the fireplace. Everything was positive. We only wish there was more light in the room at night. We'll be back soon.

Terror with the receptionist!

The cabins are cute however the beds and pillows leave much to be desired, you can see the time. Unfortunate Fernanda the receptionist is an element that demerits all the good that this place can have, lousy its service. Good food

Modest, clean cabins

I stayed here two nights, and the hotel was nice. It's actually a series of cabins, with a very nice restaurant in the complex (Quinta del Bosque). With the exception of a young lady with an attitude working in reception, everything was fine. My room was clean; I loved the hard bed; and the heavy bed covers kept me warm through the cold nights. There was plenty of hot water, and there was secure parking on the property. My first night the WiFi in my room didn't work, and the lady with the attitude said that she'd fix it, but did nothing. The second night there was a nicer person at reception, and she quickly adjusted the antennae, and I had a decent signal after that.

Awful client service and poor reservation process. Never schedule with this irresponsible people and hotel

I reserved by phone and they never sent me the paying info, so 3 days after that, I called them back just to know that my reservation was lost because a lack of pay (they never sent me the info!!!!) and there were no more room on the dates I have planned my trip. Nancy (who was the lady that take my reservation in first time) didn’t explain me a reason why this happened. Alberto, who I called 3 days later, never gave me back a phone call to clarify my situation. Claudia, from the hotel group in Guadalajara, 6 days later, just offered me a more expensive room, twice from the original reservartion cost, and they were no open to negociate the price. They made me lose a reservation, time that I could used in searching for another hotel options and energy. I strongly reccomend to not schedule with this irresponsible people and hotel.

Muy mal/ really bad hotel

El sitio es muy bonito, la camarista amable. Pesima calidad, almohadas sucias y viejas. Sin agua caliente por 2 días y toallas rotas, una lastima para mi luna de miel. The place is pretty and with a kind housekeeper. the quality it is too bad with dirty and old pillows, 2 days without hot water in this kind of weather. It is a shame for my honeymoon
