Mixed Stay: Beautiful New Hotel with Maintenance GapsFiesta Inn Mazatlán is a beautiful, brand-new business-oriented hotel with a great location near the beach. The staff here is excellent—always professional, welcoming, and helpful. However, while the hotel accepts families, the room layout and amenities are clearly designed for couples or two business travelers rather than larger groups.Because it is near the beach, the hotel attracts a lot of family tourism. Unfortunately, this high turnover seems to overwhelm the housekeeping staff. Here are the main issues we noticed during our stay:Housekeeping issues: Some common areas and sections of the room looked dirty due to the constant rush of guests coming from the beach.Bathroom maintenance: The shower area had visible mold, which should not happen in a property this new.Worn-out beds: The mattresses desperately need to be rotated; the main side is already sagging significantly from heavy use.It is a lovely property with great potential, but management needs to reinforce cleaning protocols and adapt to the high-rotation leisure crowd they are currently hosting.

Very clean and friendly staff. I was there off season and it was definitely understaffed. The pool area closed early and no access. Cannot get a drink at the bar as there is no service.

The peace and tranquility

An excellent hotel, tranquility and peace. Everything was very good and without any problems or complaints, everything was clean, the gym, the pool is what we liked the most for being high up with a spectacular panoramic view, you cannot miss rolling and watching the sunset. We would come back again.

The Fiesta hotel is in a great location in Golden Zone. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Mazatlan is Mexicos newest hip place to be. Fiesta Inn is a well located with an amazing roof top pool that will complement and make your visit unique. Across the street from a beautiful ocean view.
