Loved our time in Mérida!

Best hotel experience we've ever had! Super clean and beautiful decor. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The cocktails are amazing, get the mezcalita!

It is 15 minute walk to plaza grande(nice park , museums, shops and restaurants along the way) and a 8 minute walk to the beginning of Paseo de Montejo( a lot of good restaurants) and a 20 minute walk to La Plancha park (beautifulpark). Our stay was great. Our room was cleaned everyday and the staff was very courteous. The only thing to be aware is that the rooms only have a full size bed, not a king like it said on the reservation, no tv, and only bedsheets. I had to ask for a blanket.

Absolutely loved Casa Amate 62! Gorgeous rooms, spotless and comfy. Even with the AC turned off, the rooms stayed refreshingly cool, making it the perfect haven from Mérida’s heat. The hotel has a charming mix of modern style and Yucatán character.

Fantastic staff! From front desk to bar to cleaning personnel, you couldn’t ask for better people! We enjoyed the tranquil surroundings, a convenient store next door for snacks/waters/etc, and a laundry service just around the corner. Only a short walk to the Plaza Grande, Santa Lucia park, Parque Hildago, parque de la Plancha, and Paseo de Montejo.
