Very nice setting

Hotel with a beautiful entrance and a beautiful garden in an inner courtyard with swimming pools. Located in the heart of Merida. Spacious room rather quiet. Pleasant, natural toiletries based on aloe vera (shampoo and conditioner)
Small downside: shower soap and breakfast with little choice and quite heavy although good.
Parking available but paid.

This hotel is very well situated in Centro Merida . There is a nice pool and garden . Every time I go to Merida I stay a this hotel

I am very glad I stayed at Casa Lucía Hotel Boutique for several reasons. The main one was the location. The hotel is conveniently located across from Plaza de Santa Lucía. From Thursday through Sunday, there is live music until about 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the plaza, but I could not hear the music from my room, so it was quiet when it was time to sleep.
The room felt more like a comfortable studio apartment than a typical hotel room. It was spacious, with enough room for a kitchenette and a large closet. The room, and the hotel in general, were spotless and very well maintained.
Another reason I enjoyed my stay was that almost everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. I rarely needed transportation.
The staff was always friendly and helpful. One evening I went to the front desk looking for some ice. The young man at the desk immediately offered to bring it to my room. About five minutes later, he showed up with a bucket of ice. It was a simple gesture, but it showed the excellent customer service they provide.
I would definitely stay at Casa Lucía Hotel Boutique again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mérida.

Beautiful room.
Walking distance to pretty much everything.
Small shampoo and conditioner bottles were good for maybe 2 showers.
Bed linens changed daily, but 1 wash cloth for all 4 of us.
2 free bottles of water everyday was nice but we were 4 people.
Wonderful, helpful staff.

Fantastic stay.

Having a great time here. The staff are all fantastic and super on top of everything.
The rooms are really clean and the room service has been fast. Perfect location for checking out the city.
Water is hot in the showers nice and cool in the pool.
