A Sanctuary of Discreet Luxury
Location is appropiate for travelers that don't have a car, since you can easily walk to bus stations and plazas, plaza grande and museums. We did actually walk from our favorite restaurat Tio Ricardo, from Paseo Montejo to the hotel, once (1.5 miles/2.5 kms) Atmosphere is chic and nice, cool, It is an intimate, sumptuous sanctuary that perfectly blends rustic heritage with a polished, avant-garde aesthetic.
Tucked away behind a discreet entrance, the property opens into a verdant, sun-drenched courtyard featuring hand-carved stone accents. The guest suites are spacious, complemented by local artwork.
With its moody, atmospheric lounge, it offers a sophisticated retreat for the discerning traveler seeking a tranquil yet distinctive city escape.

Housekeeping & Supplies: Since full cleaning and trash removal occur every other day, don't hesitate to request extra coffee, toilet paper, or fresh towels the moment you see your supply getting low.
Linens: If you prefer your sheets changed during a longer stay, simply ask the staff directly, as they typically prioritize making the bed with the existing linens to remain eco-friendly.
Water Strategy: The lobby provides a small jar as a refill station, but it can run low during peak hours. I recommend bringing a larger reusable bottle or picking up a few extra gallons from a local shop to keep in your room so you aren't reliant on the smaller lobby jars.

Never got to stay at this property .property cancelled our reservation with them last minute when we got off plane in merida we had a text reservation cancelled....that was a aweful feeling ....no where to stay....we have used Expedia for years nothing like this had ever happened.

I would definitely stay here again. The private pool was very nice addition. Nice ammenities. Super location as very close to all ammenities.
