Excellent hotel

The rooms and beds are very comfortable, clean and the whole hotel smells very rich, has a cosinar equipped ,,, recommended for business or empty

The property is nice, but the staff is terrible. At check-in, the employee was in such a bad mood that he failed to copy our IDs on the first try and had to ask a second time. He repeated instructions as if we were stupid. Finally, he handed us the room key. While the hotel is good, the TV never worked, but I did not want to be mistreated again, so we just left it alone.The next day, my husband went to the lobby for coffee and a staff member said it cost money, though there was no sign posted. An employee named Diana treated my husband like a homeless person. She turned to a coworker and whispered, "Can you believe they wanted to fill their thermos for free?" My husband only brought his thermos to avoid using paper or plastic cups. We decided to leave the property. When I asked Diana for her last name to report her, her attitude was unbelievable. I will definitely report her and never stay at this property again. I also forgot to mention that the towels are very old. I initially chose this property because the bed is awesome and I slept as i was at home.

"There was no iron, ironing board, or hair dryer in the room. The kitchenette had a microwave but not a single glass or plate to use. The first floor is very old and clearly needs maintenance. Only one person was working at reception, so check-in took 15–20 minutes in line. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in Mérida. I’ve had excellent stays in Monterrey, NL and Saltillo, Coahuila, but here I would not recommend staying."

Sucks

Horrible experience since the moment we arrive à guest in front of us was complaining about not cleaning the room for 3 days we discovered at that moment that this hotel is self service if you need a towel you need to come to the front desk to request a fresh towels NO CLEANING room you have to do it yourself! Kitchen no utensils you have to paid for it! We report gross smelling in our room 322 they mentioned they have a problem with the extraction sistem … so bacon smell may wake you up!!
No cleaning services you have to disposal your garbage!!
They said it’s your responsibility to check out website … …… if I booked trough Expidia why should I check your website!!
Beds not good for elderly people or kids those are to high!
Unless you want to have a BAD experience book here!! It really bad!!
Location for our purpose was great!! College party! Besides that not recommended!! Staff they don’t care about your needs!!

An unpleasant experience

I know it's a cut-price hotel. But the hygiene is very poor, both in the premises and in rooms. Additional at reception the treatment is impolite. I changed hotels even though I was paid for the accommodation.
