The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.
The staff attentive, and room of a high standard.
Security was also excellent.

Once was enough.

Stayed here for business for 3 nights and was not impressed with the hotel. Room was Ok. Nothing special, nothing really bad but nothing that stood out. In the bathroom, celling siding panels falling off, faucet leaking. Breakfast was good. most disappointing was dinner food in the restaurant. soups from microwave, steak from frying pan, bread was at least a week old on multiple occasions. Needless to say, next time i am staying in a different hotel.

Thank you for your hospitality

It is always nice to be greeted with a smile after a complicated day; I have stayed more than 5 times with my partner for the hospitality of their people; despite there being more hotels around I always choose Crowne Plaza for its excellent customer service.
Miss Frida who is apparently the reception manager all her life has had an excellent treatment towards us, I am pleased when we agree with her, besides that it always resolves the first one some situation (I have seen it with other guests); in the resulting one do not even say with all its waiters, the Oxxo in there is amazing (they do not sell alcohol), the gym always clean and unoccupied, seriously everything is excellent.
