Everything was great, except for ordering food late at night from the lobby; they took for ever to deliver and it was cold when it arrived, meaning it was left waiting at the kitchen for a while. It was not a one time event, two nights in a row we had the same experience unfortunately. That is the only place where I suggest the administration pays attention.

I have never been in a hotel with rooms with no windows and 36 hours without air condition. It was really hot with no air circulating. It has been the most terrible experience of my life.

Location and big rooms

What we loved: The location, the grande lobby and the restaurants, the big rooms. What the hotel should improve: The elevators since they are super slow and obviously not enough. The breakfast, although great in quantity and quality it is arranged in a way that everything seems to be misplaced and is frustrating for people to run around looking for something. The shower in the room was dated and not functional. The tv was too small. The furniture in the room were dated. The mini bar should be complimentary. Minor things one would say, but the hotel if compared to other 5 star hotels it is a little bit behind. We had a good stay after all but it could have been also better.

Great place, better stay

This has probably been one of the best hotels I've stayed in Mexico. Friendly staff, super clean place, comfortable beds and quiet bedrooms. The place is very centric. Walking distance to El Centro and transportation is accessible.
