Location, location!
Perfect location, beautiful room, excellent discreet service. We stayed at Campos in early March. We were upgraded to the one bedroom suite. The room was beautiful, like being in a luxury city apartment. We will definitely be back.

can't even call this a hotel - really an apartment, but with an amazing staff and amenities. having 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and so much space was heaven. full kitchen but didn't give up delicious snacks via room service. the common areas were plentiful and beautifully done. staff was always eager to help with suggestions and opinions, and many shops/restaurants/bars were a close and lovely walk.

Incredible, peaceful little hotel. It’s a gem. The staff was always helpful and professional. Restaurants and 5th avenue in NYC quality shops within walking distance.

Absolutely fabulous hotel from the top down and definitely my favorite after staying in half a dozen in this beautiful Mexico City. The staff, amenities, suites and finishes are what most luxury hotels strive for. I highly recommend the Campos Residence, which is your own 1,000sq ft apartment in the heart of Polanco. The robes are the comfiest and the staff go above and beyond

Best hotel in Mexico City
We recently stayed at The Campos in Polanco as a family of four, and we honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this boutique hotel operates on a completely different level.
The location is unbeatable — Polanco has so much to offer, and having everything within easy reach made exploring the city effortless. But the real star of the show is the SERVICE. It is truly unmatched. The staff anticipated our every need, and the level of thoughtfulness baked into every interaction made us feel like the most valued guests.
Breakfast was an absolute delight — beautifully prepared and a wonderful way to start each day. The rooms are exquisitely designed, with every single detail carefully considered. You can tell real thought and love went into curating this space.
What really set it apart for us as a family: the kids were welcomed so warmly and the staff were genuinely hospitable with them. Each floor has its own lovely lounge area, and the rooftop is simply stunning. One of our favorite little touches? The moment you head out for the day, someone comes up to refresh your room — it’s that kind of effortless, attentive service that you just don’t find everywhere.
If you’re visiting Mexico City, stop searching and book The Campos. It has ruined all other hotels for us. We will absolutely be back.
