It was a nice experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Always willing to help and answer many questions with a smiley face!
Location is close to alameda central, zocalo, historic center, bus nearby to museums, Chapultepec, etc
Nice restaurants nearby, and close the monument of revolution.

Terrible

Unsafe area, they do not have an elevator, a lot of noise, and the staff is very arrogant. I booked through Hotels.com and was charged; while I was already staying there on the first night, the reception staff knocked on my room door at least three times (entering inside) asking me to pay in cash since the app had not made the payment to the hotel. I paid in cash that night to make them stop harassing me, and the owner (a tall, thin man named Fernando) promised that he would reimburse me once the app paid them. To date, they have not reimbursed me, and no matter how many messages I send to both the app and calls to the hotel, they tell me that they have already sent the information and there is no response. Awful!!!!

The location was great, the rooms were okay for the price the only really bad thing was that there is no ac or fan so it’s kind of uncomfortable for warm days

All of the staff were on point and just simply nice, at reception and breakfast staff. I had a situation of a forgotten passport in a room safe that was handled with class. I would go back any time.

We stayed for two weeks and had an excellent time! The stuff was very nice, but what we loved the most was the breakfast. Everyday we looked forward to the fantastic meal and people!
The only downside is that it is quite loud in there. Nights are mostly okay but you can here pretty much everything from others, but for the price it is probably expected.
Thank you for a great time and stay!
