Staff was amazing. Location was great, as there were 2 malls across the street with amazing food options.
Metro subway was only a 15 minute walk away, which gave you easy access to all México City has to offer.

The check in is straightforward if everything is in order electronically. If something is off you will not be able to get help at the front desk. There is Noone but one guard at the front who doesn't know much. The doors to the balcony let in noise from the street and it is a wild street. Trust me the noise is crazy here! The bed is equivalent to an budget airline seat. The shower floods so obviously housekeeping does not pay attention to details. There are no tissues and no hand towels. The pictures are far better than the reality sad to say.

Very nice and spacious apartment in a great location. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. It feels more like an Airbnb, so daily room cleaning is not provided.

Not satisfactory. Red stained blanket. Water bottle only the first day. Rood Code sis not work had to wait 15 minutes for new one. Worn out bath towels.

Not good over all, no hot water sometimes no water, nobody clean the room for a week, no fresh towels, not easy to communicate ! Not a good experience o. Our vacation to Mexico
