Staff is not very nice but I love the location, close to a lot of markets. Other thing I didn’t like is that u have to leave you key at front desk if u go anywhere which I think is weird no other hotel will asked for that.

Horrible place.

Terrible place, the staff was extremely bad, they gave me the worst room facing the avenue, there was unbearable noise all the time, I could not rest, they never wanted to change my room because they said they had to clean it again. Misleading advertising, it is not quiet at all and the staff is extremely deficient.

Dismal experience at the Atizapán hotel

I have used the hotel for several years now, and the truth is the cost benefit and location is good for the work activity I do. Today I wanted to get in early but check in is until 3 pm. The service I rate one star as the care of the ladies reception is very bad, there is no attitude and they give you no choice. I retired but then I spoke because I remembered that last week I was allowed to enter at 11 am and I told the person who answered my phone but literally explained that at the weekend the rooms rent them for 5 hours (orders of the new administration), turning the hotel that is supposedly family hotel into a simple hotel in passing and even though on the side they have a motel as part of their facilities, definitely calling into question the safety, health and cleanliness that a family hotel requires. I leave it as general knowledge and do not mislead customers and hotel search pages that sell it as a family hotel.
In the end, when I spoke, they offered to give me a room at 12, but when I arrived they wanted to sell me a room of higher price and since I did not accept, I have to wait until three in the afternoon because the receptionist decided so. I imagine the manager or the owners grant that power to the receptionist.

The Hotel is fine, but they increase you on the price because they charge an extra commision to your agreed price.
I had to pay xx dollars more!
