They offer free soap, shampoo, shower cap, king size bed, room service Tuesday - Saturdays, and nice furniture.
But cockroaches can come through holes around pipes in the bathroom. The electrical outlet in my room was loose. But overall, for a 2-star hotel, it was pretty good. Clean.

The cleanliness was unacceptable. The sheets and pillows were covered with hair, and there were cockroaches throughout the room, making the stay very unpleasant

Rooms where clean. No Air Conditioning and shops nearby are ok. The place is a motel hiding as a hotel.

The hotel cosumel at Mexico City,was nice and clean,the service was good they clean rooms every day,they give you clean towels every day,Is not a five Star ⭐⭐ but is a good place to stay the night thank you.
